The bench

Three tunes. Real turnaround.

No mystery invoices. Estimates are free and binding: the number we quote is the number you pay, and we call before touching anything beyond it.

Quick check

Same day, in by noon

Brakes and shifting dialed, tires to pressure, chain lubed, every bolt checked to torque.

$40

Standard tune

On the bench in 48 hours

The quick check plus a drivetrain deep clean, wheels trued, hubs and headset checked, cables adjusted or replaced. Parts extra, quoted first.

$95

Full overhaul

One week, by booking

Stripped to the frame. Bearings cleaned and repacked, new cables and housing, wash and frame wax. Rebuilt like it just left the floor.

$220

Flats fixed while you wait, $12 with a tube. Kids bikes: half price on every tier.

The floor

Bikes you'll actually ride.

Three kinds, chosen hard. We would rather stock ten bikes we believe in than a hundred we would have to talk you into.

Gravel bikes lined on the wood display wall

City

from $649

Fenders, a rack, and a riding position that lets you see over traffic. The bike for the life you already have.

Gravel

from $1,450

One bike for pavement, towpath, and the fire road you keep eyeing. It is what we ride ourselves.

Kids

from $289

Light enough to actually pedal. No forty-pound tanks with cartoon decals.

Every bike leaves fitted to you. No exceptions, no charge.

The fit

The fit is the point.

A bike that fits disappears under you. One that does not nags at every mile. Before any bike leaves, we set saddle height, reach, and bar width on the trainer, with you pedaling, until it goes quiet.

Twenty minutes. Free with any bike we sell. Bought yours somewhere else? The fit is $50, and we credit it against your first tune.

Frankie Marsh, owner and head mechanic, at her bench
The wrench

Twenty years of derailleurs.

Frankie Marsh spent three seasons as a race-team wrench and sixteen more fixing everything with two wheels before opening Sprocket in 2018. She can hear a dry chain from across the street, and the shop's rule is hers: the test ride decides when a bike is done, not the stand.

"If it shifts badly on the road, it is not fixed. I don't care what it does in the stand."
Kids trade-up

Outgrown is the plan.

Kids grow. That is the point of them. Bring back the bike we sold you, whatever the scratches, and 40% of what you paid comes off the next size up. We true it, tune it, and send it out with the next kid.

Any kids bike bought at Sprocket, in any condition short of meeting a car. No receipt needed; we keep the records.

Roll it in. We'll look at it free.
